Marc De Boom is Vice President Human Resources at Alpro. He received a Master Degree in Civil Engineering and a Post Masters' Degree in Business Administration at the Catholic University ofLeuven in Belgium.

Marc is a seasoned HR professional with hands-on experience in nearly all HR domains. Above all he really enjoys to co-define and to implement the mid & long term business strategy, by building and leading high caliber HR teams to realize the supporting HR programs. 

Paul Denayer is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Alpro. He has a Master in Applied Economic Sciences and an MBA from the Manchester Business School. He is a multi-lingual purpose driven leader with over 20 years of experience in international Finance management.

At Alpro, Paul is responsible for accounting, controlling, tax, treasury, IT and business process management and is leading a team of 60 people.
